Original handmade quilts, and fabric items proudly made in South East London. The field of mind-body studies includes research on the relationship between our surroundings and our health.

Studies show that a healthy and pleasing environment (like plants in your office, or a treasured photograph on the wall) can do more than simply improve your mood--it can actually affect your immune system and physical health. I create original impactful handmade quilts, and other quilted items to soothe your mind, energise your soul, and make you feel a little bit special.

My creative process is key to my work, and no two quilted pieces are the same. My inspiration originally came from looking at wall tiles, thunking about how the shapes and sizes fit together and could be combined to produce different effects. They are all my own designs and can be used as decorative pieces on beds and sofas, as pic nic blankets, as beautiful wall hangings, or gifts for others, they are all made to please the eye.
